Default Size is 4", but you can enlarge or reduce to fit your needs.
I quilted mine at 3.5".

BONUS: Enlarge to 6" or 8" and quilt continuously as an allover edge-to-edge pattern.
Either repeat each row or flip every other row for different effects.
